These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnchorWellPress and all services, applications, tools, and content provided by AnchorWellPress ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing, viewing, or using AnchorWellPress in any way, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

Subscription Pricing:

Premium subscriptions range from $4.99 to $69.99 per month depending on the tool. Pricing is displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store full credit card information on our servers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policies

Automatic Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the same day each month
• You are responsible for maintaining current payment information

Cancellation & Termination:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• No refunds or credits for partial months or unused portions
• Upon cancellation, you lose access to premium features immediately

Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day refund if you have not substantially used the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are available. Refunds do not apply to renewals of recurring subscriptions.

Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Repeated payment failures may result in service suspension or account termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

AnchorWellPress Ownership:

AnchorWellPress and all content, applications, designs, technology, and features are the exclusive property of AnchorWellPress and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Trade Secrets:

Our system prompts, AI model configurations, underlying algorithms, prompt engineering techniques, and technical infrastructure are confidential trade secrets. You agree not to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disclose these trade secrets.

Prohibited Intellectual Property Activities:

• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or decompile system prompts or AI configurations
• Using automated tools to scrape, extract, or copy content or system information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to backend systems or API infrastructure
• Reproducing, redistributing, or repackaging proprietary technology
• Using our prompts or algorithms to develop competing services
• Selling or commercializing access to our services or content

Registered Trademarks:

The following names and marks are registered trademarks of AnchorWellPress: AnchorWellPress, EOB Explainer, Benefits Maximizer, GLP-1 Navigator, and related tool names. You may not use these marks without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

User-Generated Content:

By using AnchorWellPress, you grant us a limited license to use any feedback, suggestions, or input you provide for service improvement, as long as personal health information is removed. You retain ownership of any content you create but grant us rights to use it for analytics and service enhancement.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AnchorWellPress for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use AnchorWellPress to provide, solicit, or obtain medical advice or diagnosis
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations

• Commercially redistribute, repackage, or resell our services or content
• Bypass payment requirements or attempt to access premium features without payment
• Violate the intellectual property rights of AnchorWellPress or third parties
• Make medical or treatment decisions based solely on AnchorWellPress content
• Use our content to create misleading healthcare marketing or advertisements
• Attempt to modify, alter, or reverse-engineer our platform

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

No Long-Term Health Data Storage:

AnchorWellPress does not store Protected Health Information (PHI) or personal health data on our servers. Conversations and health information you provide are processed in real-time but are not retained in our primary database for long-term analysis or marketing purposes.

Data Processing:

• Health information you provide is processed through our AI system (Anthropic Claude API) on a server-side proxy
• Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols
• Processing is limited to the duration of your conversation or tool use
• We do not use your health data to train our AI models or competing systems

Third-Party Service Providers:

• Information you provide is not retained as part of a medical record
• Do not enter sensitive health identifiers such as Social Security Numbers, medical record numbers, or insurance member IDs
• If you require HIPAA-compliant services, consult with healthcare providers and vendors with Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)

11. CCPA Rights

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to:

Exceptions to Arbitration:

The following are exceptions to the binding arbitration requirement and may be brought in small claims court:

Class Action Waiver:

Both you and AnchorWellPress agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive your right to participate in class action litigation, collective action, or representative action against AnchorWellPress. 14. AI Content & Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content May Contain Errors: AnchorWellPress uses Anthropic Claude AI to generate educational content. AI systems can make mistakes, provide outdated information, or generate inaccurate explanations.

• Insurance policies, coverage terms, and healthcare regulations change frequently and may not be reflected in AI responses
• AI-generated explanations may oversimplify complex topics or miss important details specific to your situation
• The AI cannot understand your personal medical history, insurance plan details, or life circumstances
• Never rely solely on AnchorWellPress for important medical, insurance, or financial decisions
• Always verify information with official sources: insurance plans, healthcare providers, or government websites

15. Limitation of Liability

Limitations:

• We are NOT liable for any medical decisions, health outcomes, or consequences related to using our educational content
• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are NOT liable for data loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm
• We are NOT liable for service interruptions, downtime, or temporary unavailability
• We are NOT liable for third-party service failures (Stripe, Anthropic, Clerk, Vercel, etc.)
• We are NOT liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security

Total Liability Cap:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to AnchorWellPress shall not exceed the total amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid for services, our liability is limited to $0.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnchorWellPress, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use or misuse of AnchorWellPress
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Medical or health decisions you make based on AnchorWellPress content
• Injury, harm, or damages caused by your use of our services

17. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• You engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior
• You attempt to access systems or information without authorization
• We determine in our sole discretion that you pose a risk to our service, other users, or business
• We discontinue AnchorWellPress or specific features

Upon termination, you lose all rights to use AnchorWellPress and access to premium features. No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription period.

18. Changes to Terms & Services

AnchorWellPress is currently in beta testing (Beta Code: AWPBETA2026). We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting
• Add, remove, suspend, or modify features or tools
• Change pricing or payment terms with 30 days notice
• Discontinue AnchorWellPress or specific services with reasonable notice

Continued use of AnchorWellPress following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings, claims, and disputes arising from or relating to AnchorWellPress shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and agree to waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum.
